Practice Areas: Mr. Walker has handled trial level litigation and appeals before state and federal courts in Idaho and in other states. He has experience and expertise in all facets of complex litigation, including prosecution and defense of claims under the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations (RICO) Act and state Racketeering Acts. His practice has included lawsuits involving financial crimes and fraud, products liability, professional liability, minority shareholder oppression, insurance bad faith, securities violations, tax disputes with state and federal governments and breach of contract and breach of the covenant of good faith and fair dealing. He has also represented clients in lawsuits against securities brokers and broker dealers in cases involving all manner of deceptive practices, including churning and unsuitable investments. Mr. Walker also draws upon his business and litigation experience to counsel clients on tax, business and estate planning matters and alternative dispute resolution. Mr. Walker previously served on the Adjunct Faculty of the Accounting Department, College of Business, Boise State University.
