Practice Areas: Ms. Whatcott's legal emphasis is in family law and general practice.
Ms. Whatcott received her Bachelor of Arts degrees in History and Spanish from the University of Idaho in May, 2000. She then attended the University of Idaho, College of Law and received her Juris Doctor degree in May 2003. After law school, she spent two years clerking at the district court level in Blaine County, Idaho, for Hon. James J. May and Hon. Robert J. Elgee where she assisted the court in research and writing.
Ms. Whatcott is a member of the Idaho State Bar Association and American Bar Association. She is admitted to practice before all state and federal courts in Idaho.
